Course Requirements:
- Be available for 4 weeks
- Fit, active and a can do attitude
- Drug free, we do on site testing
- Minimum Class 1 full, held for 6 months or more
We do private courses or through MSD if certain criteria are met, we cater for all skills and abilities, we are a diverse and forward thinking training provider.
Our course typically runs for 4 weeks, see a brief outline below:
Wk 1
Induction, Health and Safety and Machine familiarisation
- Class 2 Learner study
- Bucket changes and intro to trenching
Wk 2
Build on Trenching skills
- Class 2 Learner study and sit 2L
- Comprehensive First Aid
Wk 3
Class 2 Theory (2 NZQA unit standards) and practical driving assessments
- Trenching
- Laser level
- Various adaptions of trenching
